I have DVDs with me. That will not be any problem.
But for having those you need to follow
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/Introduction

Please make sure you have a wiki page for the event and proper details
with web link to the event(events), estimated number of attendance,
and other details.

If there is no entry in the event page, it is hard to allocate
resources for it.
