[fedora-india] Fedora spins and package groups in kickstart

Hi,

In a earlier spins session, I mentioned that it is impossible to remove
groups inherited via kickstart files directly due to a bug / pending
enhancement. This has been fixed so you can do something like

% include base.ks

- at foo-support
