Looks like you hit one of those Anaconda storage layer bugs, due to
the rewrite in Fedora 11, and got it to crash. You can check
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/ if it has already been reported or not. If
not you can file it. You have not mentioned some important information
like what partitioning layout did you chose. Just saying that you
installed Windows in 60GB out of 160GB is not enough. Was it the first
partition on the disk? Did you choose any custom partitioning scheme
for Fedora? What filesystems? And so on. You can also take a look at
