[fedora-india] FOSS.IN CfP is out. Lets plan about it.

Hi,

The CfP for foss.in[1] is out[2].

This year we are looking forward to participate there
in a way that is beneficial to Fedora, the Indian Community around
Fedora and FOSS in general.

We have already a page in place[3].
Let's start planning. We don't have much time left.

All ideas, proposals, suggestions and questions are welcome.
