You can either start upstream here:

and sign up to the upstream devel list here:

Alternatively, you can get yourself a FAS account and be a
co-maintainer. This would not give you much action though since ayttm
is not a popular enough project in Fedora to keep you busy with bug
reports.

There is a TODO list in the source tree, which you can choose from and
start working on it. Email the upstream list if you get stuck
anywhere.
