You can request a Free Fedora 13 DVD at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FreeMedia , but the free media form is closed
now, AFAIK, it will be opened beginning of each and every month.

If you need a Fedora DVD ASAP, you can buy one from
http://www.zyxware.com/requestcd
If you have a good internet connection, please download and use remix of
Fedora http://omega.dgplug.org/13/Live/i686/Omega-13-i686-Live.iso

I cannot guarantee that above two will work, there is fair chance that your
web cam will work.

It will work.

Instead of winamp Fedora has a music player named rhythmbox, you may need
to install gstreamer pluggins to enable media playback. Installing gstreamer
plug-gins needs internet connection. Fedora will automatically try to
install these plug-ins from the internet , once you try to open media files.

I don't have any experience with Asterix. I suggest you to use Google,
before asking any questions. Thanks for understanding.
