[fedora-india] Reimbursement for FOSS.IN

For Red Hatters -  you can apply for reimbursement directly.   Community
volunteers,  please submit scanned copies of the receipts/flight tickets
to the Fedora India trac instance you have already filed a ticket on.
Travel/food and accomodation as long as you have the receipts are
reimbursable.  Do it early before you lose anything.   If you have any
questions about this,  drop me a mail offlist and we can sort it out.
