[fedora-india] [Request] Adding the DebugInfo packages to the Mirrors

We run glug-nith fedora mirror in NIT Hamirpur, We are sorry we can't
include debuginfo repository to our mirror due to limitations of disk
storage. We only keep fedora, updates and rawhide repositories of
fedora which are most frequently used.
