[fedora-india] Vlc not working properly in Fedora 13

Is it related to qt package. Others might give you a better idea. In my
case, vlc is working;
[bijit at Fedora-13 ~]$ vlc
VLC media player 1.0.6 Goldeneye
[0x86ba8b0] main libvlc: Running vlc with the default interface. Use 'cvlc'
to use vlc without interface.
I have this one installed; qt-4.6.3-8.fc13.i686 and my kernel is
