[fedora-india] Shreyank Gupta now a Fedora Package Maintainer

Hi,

One of the milestone achievements in the recent FAD Pune event is
Shreyank Gupta taking a keen interest in packaging Sup[1], a mail client
in ruby for Fedora.  As part of this effort, Shreyank has been filing a
number  of review requests of ruby modules which are dependencies for
Sup.  As of now,  Shreyank has been sponsored by Mamoru Tasaka [2], one
of our most active contributors from Japan and of course part of ruby
special interest group in Fedora. 

Hopefully the SIG sees another active contributor now (hint, hint).
