[fedora-india] [RFC] Add india mailing list to review request

Hi,

To keep track of new review requests, or comments to existing package
reviews from members of this list, will it be okay to add india at
lists dot fedoraproject dot org to the CC of the review request?

Automated comment updates sent to this mailing list will help us keep
track of current reviews under progress by the list members.

It will also help us to know which package needs attention.
