Hi Ayush, 

As my comment on the bug shows, upstream is dead for this package. Have
you tested the functioning of the package? Does it actually work?

In order to get sponsored, you also need to do more reviews etc. When
you request for sponsorship, it's a good idea to provide links to the
bugs that you've unofficially review etc. all at one place. Makes it
easier for a sponsor to look at.
