FWIW,  I got a invite offlist and have send out a mini-conf proposal
back to Atul just a minute back.  My talk and Saleem Ansari's talks are
part of the main conference.  So whomever submitted a workshop also got
a slot in my proposal to foss.in along with Arun Sag who has been
included to give a talk on Emacs in Fedora.  Once I get a positive
confirmation, I will put up the full details in the wiki.
