[fedora-india] How to override %configure macros prefix without editing macro files?

Thanks  Rakesh,I'm okay with /opt .Yes,Saurabh adding  --define with
rpmbuild works. Looks like better solution for my requirement. But it seems
like there is no option to override _prefix of %configure macro inside .spec
file. Right?

If I could find solution like that ,anyone could built it using simple
"rpmbuild -ba"  without worrying about editing .rpmmacros file or  defining
macro at command line because it's defined at spec. file. If you came across
such solution - please let me know. For now I'll go with rpmbuild --define
option.
