[fedora-india] linuxplate.in reviews

I may be wrong, why do you need to pay for this, when it is available for free on their respective websites. Download it to usb key and install it. Am I missing something!!!!! 
Looks like the linuxplate.in is trying to make money out of free open source softwares.
Please someone explain to me.
