[fedora-india] FUDCon APAC 2015 for India

Hi all,

We have put in a bid to host next years FUDCon APAC in India at
Pune[1]. The only other competing bid is Cambodia[2].  Lets hope we
win this so that we have an opportunity to get together once again
like we did in 2011.
