[fedora-india] [FUDCon Pune 2015] Rescheduling keysigning party

This is just a suggestion since I can see an empty slot on the morning
of 28th June. What do you think of rescheduling the keysigning party
to this slot on 28th June ?

There is nothing scheduled yet in that slot, and I think it would be
great if such an activity gets scheduled without any overlap to any
other activity/talk (which is currently the case).
