Ok, well what do you think, Matt?  I'd like to have people not hitting the 
top page of f.r.c when the place that they really should be if fp.o -- 
it's going to happen a lot come Tuesday, especially since google ranks 
f.r.c higher up.

So how about a top-level redirect?
