[Fedora-infrastructure-list] 2 new Dell servers for PHX colo

We have 14 Dell, 3 IBM, and 3 Penguin boxes in the DC (that includes the
2 on the way) for fedoraproject.org.

FYI - we need a rack :)  The rack fedora is in, will be 100% utilized as
of this shipment.
