[Fedora-infrastructure-list] homepage for admin.fedoraproject.org

[Paulo Santos]

no idea, but shouldn't be that hard to create a simple CSS. I've already
created several for previous websites i made. Usually depends on the amount
of 'style' you want to add.

Btw i already started working on the draft, so any comments would be
apreciated.
