ok this is cosmetic but:
 
 
1. should we use "defect" instead of "bug"?
2. i find this odd "Engineers have many responsibilities and will get to
your defect in due time."
 
it could read as "... and will get to the bug/s you have submitted in due
time."
 
 
my 2 cents.
