I can't see Fedora trying to make users pay for a support service like
that, especially when it's staffed by volunteers.  While it would take
some resources, I don't think that it would be an extremely huge one.  A
server or two and some dedicated bandwidth would do it I think (so that
downloads of Fedora Release N don't kill the quality of your VoIP
connections).

The idea has merit, I think that it's something more suited for Fedora
Project PBX 2.0 though.
