Notice: puppet on the boxes

During an update of the builders last night we also did a puppet update 
and some incompatibilities between the old and new puppet versions 
exist.  I plan on updating the rest of the servers tomorrow morning but 
in the meantime if you make a change it might not end up on the servers 
immediately.  If I find any issues we may have to roll back the builders.
