Wiki Upgrade

Hi,
I have updated the missing link for attachements. Let me know if I can help,
till Paulo is back online.
PS: I notice the bottom toolbar has the "python" link covered by the side
bar on short pages like
http://webtest.fedora.redhat.com/wiki/AhmedKamal
