5) Authenticated/authorized commit access. In the case that some
disgruntled person from say Black Gag Linux decides to figure out a
way to take down the Fedora build system because he got a bad RPM last
week.

6) Easily documentable. An SCM might be really cool and have a ton of
wizz-bangs but if it cant be documented and duplicated easily by a
third party.. it tends towards being a burden for systems
administration versus a boon.
