For the next change freeze I think we'll have a more mature policy that
takes things like this into account.  By F10 we should have a complete
separation of distribution, build, support and value added services.  This
will allow us to easily and quickly determine what machines are in
Fedora's critical path.

For now though I say +1 to this change.  Very very low risk.
