Installed Trac plugins not showing up.

FIne...next time I shall do that.

1. I hope that upload of eggs were not universal for all trac instances. Is it?
2. Can you please point out the location of the particular trac.ini
file in puppet?
I can not find it.
3. Does my membership allow me to edit that?
