"If you wish to remove your personal information from Fedora, you may
contact us and request that we remove this information from the Fedora
Account System."

True, this doesn't say we'll necessarily remove an account whole-hog.
But it certainly implies we'll remove personal information.  I'll
check our obligations with the legal list.

OK, that makes sense, since we'd need to retain it for tying activity
to an account.
