Publictest8 - Autoqa install

I am still getting the same error

[josemm at publictest08 ~]$ sudo yum install autoqa
[sudo] password for josemm:
josemm is not allowed to run sudo on publictest08.  This incident will
be reported.

Anything I need to do?
