Interesting. Would this be standalone? running in our app setup? or
alongside koji? 

I could see a lot of tie in if we could do it with social media
stuff... ie, update rss, indenti.ca, etc. 

This could still use some kind of message bus type thing if we wanted
to revive those efforts.
