sysadmin sponsor request (to dive in sysadmin-web)

Hi there,

Last year[1] I've requested to join your team in order to help the
websites one, the thread has continued in irc and we found a way to
resolve what I was looking for by that time.
Today discussion with Sijis led me to this request, to join the
sysadmin FAS group in order to be able to enter the sysadmin-web group
which depends on it.
My fas account is shaiton.
