Well, the thing is... we are only looking for a calendar server. ;) 
This thing looks like a big pile of features, 90% of which we don't
want or need. :) 

it does look somewhat modular and it's drupal based, so, perhaps we
could just re-use the calendar part in our insight instance? Not
sure... perhaps one of the insight folks could comment more on that.
