[PATCH REQUEST] Add fedora-alt0 module to rsync

When I copy/pasted the patch in here, it looks like it truncated the 
hosts allow, but I do have the entire hosts allow from the current epel0 
and enchilada0 modules in my copy to actually commit in git.
