REMINDER: Beta Prerelease Change Freeze

Just a reminder we have now entered into Beta pre-release freeze. 
Per:

All machines/instances in the 'pre release' freeze: 

https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/browser/architecture/Environments.png

All changes to these machines require 2 +1's from rel-eng or
sysadmin-main after being reviewed on this list.

This freeze is over 2011-09-27 (unless Beta slips, then it's over when
Beta is released).
