problem with greek translation in web page

In Greek community mail list one of our member check to find out what is
going wrong and say:

wget -S http://fedoraproject.org/el/..... Content-Type: text/plain;
charset=utf-8 Content-Language: el Length: 25484 (25K) [text/plain] .....

wget -S http://fedoraproject.org/en/..... Content-Type: text/html;
charset=utf-8 Content-Language: en Length: 22909 (22K) [text/html]

Probable  the problem is when we change to Greek interface the apache
server send text/plain not text/html

Send for my HTC
