Freeze break request: update koji darkserver plugin on koji03/04

We deployed the darkserver koji plugin before the freeze and have run
into a serious problem with it: It was not removing it's /tmp/ dirs,
causing koji03 to fill up all it's disk space. ;(

I'd like to update this plugin package and restart httpd on the koji
machines. It should not result in any downtime and if it somehow makes
things worse we can downgrade back to the plugin that doesn't clean up
it's tmp space.
