Fedora 19 final freeze over.

With the release of Fedora 19 yesterday we are now exiting freeze. 

Please note however that tomorrow is a holiday in the US, so keep in
mind that you should probably not destabilize anything before the
holiday. 

Also note that people are busy downloading/installing and using Fedora
19, so try and be careful of anything that would disrupt the busy
release week.
