Why Bodhi have not closed ticket when package was pushed to stable?

I think this was due to the issue noted in
https://fedorahosted.org/bodhi/ticket/702
Which has since been fixed. 

However, I think Luke was going to try and run a one off script to go
back and do all the closures that didn't happen while the bug was going
on, but this has not yet happened.
