Ask Fedora being badgered by spam

I've installed the package and made the required changes to settings.py
etc. I haven't been able to login to django-admin to test it, though.
Can someone with access please test to see if it works? You need to:

- ensure puppet etc didn't mess up my changes (I've made them locally)
- login to django admin and add an IP to the block list
- try to access ask.stg from that IP and see if stopforumspam does
anything
