Fedora 21 Beta Freeze over

With the release yesterday of Fedora 21 Beta, we are out of freeze. 

The next freeze (final) is scheduled to start 2014-11-18

Note that this is one week earlier than scheduled before. 
FESCo moved final freeze up a week.
