Freeze break request: change backup02 snapshot sizes

backup02's backup volume is 100% full. 

I'm going to make the snapshots it keeps smaller so I can add that room
to the main backup volume. 

I've already confirmed that the smaller size should be fine and
will hold the deltas for those days.
