fedrtc.org update

https://fedrtc.org has been updated with:
- JsSIP 0.6.34
- JSCommunicator 2.1.1

The change can be viewed in Git[1]

Some Chrome users on Linux have had problems with it, that is a Chrome
problem with any WebRTC site and not a problem specific to this site.  I
added a note about that on the page with a link to the bug report[2]
