Freeze break request: fix easyfix [easyfix]

So, since the move to sundries as the backend for building various
static sites, easyfix hasn't been updating. 

The cause is a misnamed directory in rsyncd.conf. 
I tested the fix below in staging and it seemed to work fine there. 

I'd like to apply this and run the sundries playbook.
