I understood that to be a feature of how our gobby was setup. That way we
didn't have to worry about old docs being kept around. I don't know if that
is valid or not but that seemed the intent back in 2009/2010. Unless that
memory brings up a "oh yeah.. now I remember why we didn't want to keep
documents.. " go for it.
