SSL certificate for new FedoraCloud for user's command line tools

The new FedoraCloud (FC) is still not in final state, but if you work with it. Or you will work with it in future - here
is quick HOWTO regarding certificates.

The cerficate can be found at:
 https://fed-cloud09.cloud.fedoraproject.org/pub/fed-cloud09.pem
Your RC file is at:
 https://fed-cloud09.cloud.fedoraproject.org/dashboard/project/access_and_security/

FC use self signed cert. When you use command line tools, e.g:
  nova list
you have to either use --insecure option:
  nova --insecure list
or (and this is preferred way):
  * download the PEM file (see above) and put it in
    /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/
  * run:
    /usr/bin/update-ca-trust
Then the certificate become trusted and you can use
  nova list
without errors.
