[release] MirrorManager2: 0.1.0

Hi everyone,

I just cut and push to stg a new MirrorManager2 release: 0.1.0

Here is the changelog:
* Thu May 07 2015 Pierre-Yves Chibon <pingou at pingoured.fr> - 0.1.0-1
- Update 0.1.0
- Add the possibilities to delete a site or a host
- Do not only create /var/lock/mirrormanager on installation (Adrian Reber)

That should fix the question from Jeff.

I'll push to prod once I tested it on stg :)
