 We need to find the fine line between support of Fedora-like VPS's (where
 they and Fedora match) and when to determine the issue is specific to the
 VPS (Fedora and the VPS differ).

 We want VPS's to use Fedora.  However, the ways we see they are
 changed/broken makes it extraordinarily difficult for us to do it the same
 way we can support Fedora proper.  We can all try to do better to help
 with such issues but when it becomes obvious the problem is specific to
 the VPS we will likely have to ask our users to work with their VPS
 support directly.

 In this case it turned out the PHP config had been modified and the Fedora
 configuration worked.  A fine example of how some VPS's change/break
 things.  Good the problem was resolved, and it could have been said
 better, but this was not an issue with Fedora proper.
