[fedora-java] update manager problem with Fedora Eclipse

Hi, 

I found a problem with the update manager in Fedora Eclipse FC-6 and
rawhide and I'm working on a fix. I'll report back when I have some
packages to test but in the meantime please add yourself to the CC field
of these bugs if you want to follow the progress:
