[fedora-java] Eclipse and JVM memory settings

I just hit this again:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

I have the following in my /usr/share/eclipse/eclipse.ini (I've been
experimenting):

-Xms40m
-Xmx256m
-XX:PermSize=64M
-XX:MaxPermSize=128M
