[fedora-java] Java SIG meeting minutes ( 21st of December)

Summary:
 * Maven 3 (release 4) has local resolver built-in.
  - mvn3-local should be drop-in replacement for mvn-jpp
  - separate announcement will go to ML

 * Tomcat5->6 migration
  - 14 packages still require tomcat5 (or subpackage)
  - Required for maven-doxia fix[2]
  - no-tomcat5 should be complete by F-15

 * Tomcat 7
  - mbooth *might* take a look at tomcat7 requirements after new years

 * Tracker bug status
  - one tracker bug per week per sig member would be woot
